How did your production skills develop throughout this project?
When I originally started doing media I was aware that I would be creating a magazine because I know someone who took this class previously so I somewhat had an Idea of what the class was about. But I didn’t know it was going to be this complicated and I mean that In a good way. I thought that magazines and blogs were going to be easy and simple but they actually required you to put in effort. The whole process I went through creating magazines and writing blogs has definitely improved my production skills and has taught me other skills as well. I learned things like how to conduct interviews, edit, make magazines, and learn production skills. We learned about how magazines have barcodes so I also included that. I decided to make the name of my magazine a different font so it always stands out. I also made my heading in bold so that it stands out as well and shows what the audience will be reading. Even though I knew very little on how to make a magazine I got the job done.

How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?
I believe the audience for my magazine is teens and young adults who are trying to express themselves or feel more confident. My magazine is a fashion magazine, and in making it, I ensured to include several techniques to target teen readers and engage the audience. I believe my audience would pick up my magazine with other teens and people around their age on it rather than one showing you to workout. Nowadays social media platforms and other magazines might make teens feel like they have to workout in order to be pretty. As opposed to mine, it shows people that everyone is beautiful no matter their height or weight.

Here's what the outline for my double page spread may look like but it will most likely change later on.
I just wanted to share some of the photos that were taken during a photo shoot Me and my model had.
My model brought different outfits and we took pictures of a different location so not every picture came out the same.
After adding a couple things here and there and editing my photo this is how my final magazine cover came out:
I will continue to give some updates in the production process of my magazine.
To day i'm going to be showing the answers my model gave to my questions.
Why fashion modeling?
I want to be a model because when I look at the Hollister models and the Billabong, Rip Curl models I can see myself doing that kind of work. I want to work at some kind of beachy place that sells the beachy clothes, because that is where I grew up around, the beach. My personality is happy and laid back, even though most of the time I'm serious and not smiling. It's because I don't like where I'm at or I don't like the people around me. Yes, there will be days when I really don't like the photographer or the location of the photo shoot, but I will do my best to put it behind me and try to have fun.
Where specifically would you want to work?
Personally I would like to model for either Hollister or rip curl/Billabong. Hollister is in California and Billabong is in California and Hawaii, but traveled for the photoshoots.
What does a Model do?
Models have to keep up with up to date portfolios and composite cards to take to all castings and client auditions. A portfolio is a collection of a model's previous work, and a composite card contains all of the model's best work. Model work schedules can be demanding and stressful, many work part-time and have unpredictable work schedules and have to be ready to work at any given time no matter the circumstance. In the fashion industry "one day you're in and the next day you're out" so models can experience long periods of time unemployed
What do people say or how do they act to show that they think your clothes are good?Fashionable, trendy, stylish and chic, are all good ways that people talk about clothes that I wear.
In your own words what do you think of fashion? Fashion could be many different things because it means different things to different people. Fashion is an art. It's a religion. It's a job. It's a peek into a personality. It's playful. It's an escape or a disguise. It is a feast for the eyes. But ultimately, fashion is an individual statement of expression for each of us.
Today I'm going to be creating my interview questions for my real model:
